No Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept any returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Replacement for Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or defective, we will offer a replacement for the same item, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
  • The damaged product must be photographed clearly and shared with our support team through the app or WhatsApp (+91 9776977659)
  • Replacement will be processed based on stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative product of the same value.

Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

  • Products that are partially consumed or used.
  • Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery.
  • Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality.
